How does it work?
We transfer all of your plastic card information to a new metal card that is custom engraved. The EMV chip is removed and attached to the new metal card. Magnetic strip data is also transferred . We will return your original plastic card with your new card. Please note original plastic card will no longer be functional.
Please also note that the tap-to-pay feature on your card will no longer work. It is not possible to transfer the contact-less feature from one card to another.
Please freeze/lock your card for security purposes during transit to/from. We DO NOT keep any information about your card. The proprietary software is a read/write only and no information is kept or stored.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards in mail transit.
Steps to Complete your purchase
1. Once you have ordered we will begin the design process for your card. You can choose from the designs we have in our listing or create your own custom design. We will work as hard as possible to get you the perfect design. Once design is approved we will engrave the card as agreed upon.
2. We will send you a label for you to ship your current credit/debit card to us. We recommend you freeze your card before sending to us incase of any lost mail.
3. Once we receive your card we will transfer your chip and magnetic strip to the newly engraved card.
4. We will ship back your card within 2 business days of receiving your card.
